• The GUIDE starts with an overview of the law, how to get action on safety and health issues, and how to select an attorney.  It takes you step by step through the process of filing a complaint.  In the Appendix are form letters to obtain documents and a model complaint form.  Portions of the Guide are separately formatted as a WORKSAFE! fact sheets so they can be used for worker education.
