You may participate in developing regulations by attending REGULATORY ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETINGS sponsored by Cal/OSHA.   Click here for regulations they are developing (usually health related regulations).  Other regulatory activity is sponsored by the OSH Standards Board.  Click here for regulation they are developing (usually safety related regulations).  WORKSAFE! attends some of these meetings and your support is always welcome and appreciated.

Upcoming Regulatory Hearings

You may participate in developing regulations by testifying at hearings on the regulations which are held monthly at locations around the state.  Click here for the OSH Standards Board hearing schedule. 

Pursuant to Government Code section 11346.4 and Labor Code sections 142.1, 142.3, 142.4, 144.5, the Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board conducts a monthly board meeting.  Part of the meeting is an open public meeting;  part considers proposed revisions of the California Code of Regulations, and part is a business meeting.
