Steven Siemers is the ADR Director and Ombudsman for the Basic Crafts Workers' Compensation Program, a multi-crafts workers' compensation carve-out involving the Carpenters, Operating Engineers and Laborers for Northern California. He worked as an applicant's attorney in northern and southern California from 1982 to 1997, as a workers' compensation judge in San Francisco and Oakland from 1997 to 2002, and as the Chief Judge for the Division of Workers' Compensation from 2002 to 2004.
